All Wholesale Buyer requests are reviewed to confirm the buyer has a legitimate business, before granting wholesale pricing access. We solely obtain the right to deny applications that may not be appropriate or decline orders if shops are in violation of policies outlined.

Selling Woof First Goods on Third Party Sites are completely prohibited. The Wholesaler should directly sell Woof First products to the customer.

MINIMUM ORDER: CAD $125

If minimum ordering amount is not met, wholesale buyer will be asked to place an additional order for the remainder amount. 

Please note that all pricing shown on our site is in Canadian Dollars.

PAYMENT TERMS: 

All orders must be paid upfront prior to shipment.

DISCOUNTS:

Wholesale pricing does not qualify for additional discounts. Orders that have additional discounts applied, will be cancelled.

FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING: 

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation including the tracking number for your package. Tracking information will be updated within 24 business hours of shipment.

Shipping Rates are automatically calculated at the checkout and are based on product weight and wholesale buyers location. 

Woof First is NOT responsible for any customs or tariff fee/import duty that may be imposed. These fees are the responsibility of the wholesale buyer and are not covered in the shipping.  

RETURN POLICY:

For any reason you would like to return, we offer free return on your first order

  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Package must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
  • All items must be brand new and in original packaging in order to qualify for refund

Please email us at info@woof-first.com to process return. Once we have all the information, we will email prepaid shipping label for the return. Please note that we only allow free return for the first order. Any subsequent returns would be processed by the wholesaler on their own expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.  Please also note that shipping cost for the original order are non-refundable. 

Once return is received, inspected, and approved based on our policy above, please allow 5 business days for processing. Credit is applied to your original form of payment usually within 24 - 48 hours.

EXCLUSIONS:  

All items marked FINAL SALE or SEASONAL on the product page will not be returnable. We don’t offer returns on Pet Tags or Charms.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

All items are quality checked before they are shipped. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact us within 5 business days of receiving the order to discuss any potential issues. 

Woof First is not responsible for any lost packages or any damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by postal company or by any event which is out of our control but not limited to, any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us. Please provide correct mailing address to avoid any issues. 

Woof First is unable to provide refund for any orders placed for incorrect delivery address.
